Welcome to Village Lake Townhomes. Our townhomes are conveniently located in Smyrna, TN. We feature 2 bedroom townhomes with 1 1/2 or 2 bathrooms and 3 bedroom townhomes with 2 or 2 1/2 bathrooms. Village Lake Townhomes feature patios and washer / dryer connections. In select townhomes, you’ll find ceiling fans, fireplaces and oversized closets. Our community has emergency maintenance, a playground and a saltwater swimming pool. Come home to Village Lake!
Fees
- Application Fee: $75-per applicant
- Deposit: $300 to one month’s rent (depending on credit)

PARKS & RECREATION
The Smyrna Parks Department consists of more than 800 acres of outdoor activity areas. The Smyrna Outdoor Adventure Center offers many environmental, educational, recreational and outreach programs for all ages. Smyrna has a total of ten public parks, twelve miles of trails and greenways, numerous athletic fields, a public pool, a splash pad, and multiple practice areas and green spaces.

There are many shopping centers close-by such as Country Club Plaza, Smyrna Plaza, Stewartsboro Crossing and The Avenue in Murfreesboro. Major retail stores include Target, Home Depot, Kohl’s and Academy Sports. Area grocery stores include Food Lion, Publix, Walmart and Kroger.
